I was born in Chicago and have been a resident of Illinois for 53 years. I grew up in Westchester Illinois. I graduated from Proviso West High School in 1972.

After high school, I attended Elmhurst College where I was a Pre-medicine major and graduated with my Bachelors of Science in 1976. Following graduation, I decided to pursue a career in chiropractic at National College.

I was able to graduate with my Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine and a certification in Acupuncture in 1980. I established my practice in St. Charles in February of 1981. I practiced there for 19 years.

In order to expand the size of my office to accommodate for the patient load, the office was moved to Geneva for 6 years and I have been at my current location in St. Charles for 2 years.

I have been a resident of Illinois all my life. I have participated in Geneva Lions Club for 16 years and even held the position of president. I coached both my son's Tri-City football teams for 6 years and was the vice president of the league for 3 years.

I directed and coached the Geneva youth wrestling program for 4 years. I also coached my daughters traveling soccer team for 4 years and I was the team manager for my son Kris' hockey team for 3 years.
